What is a buyer to do in today's competitive market? In this video I explain the appraisal contingency and what the risks are of keeping it vs. removing it.
I highly recommend Lex and his team to anyone looking to purchase a home. I would say I was a very tough client because I was purchasing a home for the first time and I had no idea what I wanted when I started my search.
